2. Global Fulfillment Disclosure

To offer a curated selection of high-quality products at competitive prices, Shop Velio utilizes a global fulfillment model. Your order is dispatched directly from our international distribution centers. This allows us to cut out unnecessary middlemen and pass those savings directly to you.

3. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

  • Order Cut-off Time: 8:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time).
  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Note: Orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

4. Transit & Delivery Estimates

The total time to receive your order is calculated from the day of processing until it arrives at your doorstep:

  • Estimated Transit Time: 7–10 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–13 business days.

Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates. While most orders arrive within this window, delays may occur due to seasonal demand, carrier disruptions, or customs clearance procedures.

5. No Hidden Fees (DDP)

We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means the price you see at checkout is the final price. Shop Velio handles all customs clearance and prepays all import duties. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

6. Tracking & Accuracy

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery information is correct. Shop Velio is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
