Refund & Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused and unworn).
  • In its original packaging with all accessories and tags included.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@shop-velio.com.
Important: Do not send items back to our administrative office. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the address of our authorized inspection and logistics center.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the product is faulty or significantly different from the description, Shop Velio covers 100% of the return shipping costs or provides a free replacement.
  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., "no longer wanted"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.

5. Cancellations & Address Changes

We work with international fulfillment centers to ensure fast processing. Because of this automation:

  • Cancellation Cut-off: You must request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order or before 08:00 PM (EST).
  • Address Updates: Contact us immediately at info@shop-velio.com. Once an order is processed by the warehouse, we cannot guarantee changes.

6. Consumer Rights Notice

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under US consumer protection laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
